MOQWhat is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product. For custom molded foam we typically start around 500–1,000 pcs; for standard foam boxes we can accommodate smaller trial runs. Tell us your need and we'll find a workable volume.
SampleDo you provide samples? How fast?
Yes: we offer free design and rapid sampling. With your drawing or sample we usually deliver a physical prototype within 48 hours, so you can verify fit before mass production.
Lead timeWhat is your production lead time?
Sampling: ~48h. Mass production: typically 7–15 days after sample confirmation, depending on order size and mold status. We flag realistic dates before you commit.
PaymentWhat are your payment terms?
Common terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or balanced against B/L copy. We support T/T and major secure methods; terms are flexible for established partners.
QualityHow do you guarantee quality?
We run incoming-material checks, in-process dimension & density inspection, and final AQL sampling, with batch records you can request for audit.
ShippingCan you handle international shipping?
Yes. We support EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP and work with freight forwarders worldwide. We help you choose the right Incoterm for cost and control.
AuditCan I verify the factory?
Yes. We can share factory photos, production videos and QC documentation, so you can check us before ordering. For larger orders we can also arrange a live video call. Real buyers should always verify before they commit.
