Anti-Static Foam Packaging for Automotive Parts
How we engineered protective inserts for high-precision components with zero scratch risk.

Automotive electronic and sensor components arrive at assembly lines with near-zero tolerance for scratches, static damage or misalignment. Standard packaging is not enough.
For this program we engineered EPP and anti-static EPS inserts with cavity geometry tuned to each part, holding components firmly through vibration while isolating them from static discharge. Edges and contact points were modeled to avoid pressure marks.
The result: a measurable drop in transit damage and a packaging set that stacks and integrates cleanly into the customer’s line-side flow. Reusable EPP variants also cut per-shipment cost over time.
If your components are precision-sensitive, tell us the part geometry and the failure modes you most fear — we design the insert around them.
